Architectural Style

Urbanline Latitudes Duro Decking (previously known as Permadeck) has most of the attributes of timber, with added advantages such as low maintenance, consistent colour toning and strength, which provide an aesthetically pleasing and “forever young” result. Made from recycled wood fibres and recycled and virgin polyethylene, Latitudes Duro is unmatched by other composites on the market and its solid board is now available with BAL 40 fire rating.

Features & benefits

Low maintenance

Latitudes Decking requires minimal cleaning when used on fully exposed sites. Where there is high traffic and exposure to animal dropping, plant debris or food and beverage spillage, we recommend the use of our decking sealant. Once applied please reapply as weather or use dictates.
Positive concealed fix system

Equator hidden fasteners can be installed in 4 quick and easy steps. Achieve a clean finish with no pre-drilling.
High durability

Formulated with a mixture of virgin and recycled high-density polyethylene, which promotes longevity.
High stability

Using Strandex Technology, every strand of wood fibre is encased in high-density polyethylene, for minimal movement and superior protection against UV and moisture.
Water resistant

Wood fibres are encapsulated, allowing no opportunity for moisture ingress.
High slip resistance

Excellent grip in both wet and dry conditions. Tested: AS/NZS, 4586: 2004, Appendix A. Result: Class W.

Bushfire resistance

With a BAL40 rating, the LBFR 137 x 24 is certified for use in Australia’s most bushfire-prone areas. It can be used in areas with bushfire attack levels of BAL40, BAL-29, BAL-19 and BAL-12.5, giving commercial and residential clients stylish decking choices that comply with strict regulations (Australian Standard 3959).
